A pyrolyzer specially focused on pyrolysis
If all you want is to pyrolyze samples at desired temperature, JHP-10 will be an adequate model to meet your requirement.
Stable chromatograms
It uses pulse heating mechanism applied with induction heating and Curie Point of ferromagnetic properties named pyrofoils. Sample as a whole is heated efficiently in enfolded pyrofoil and provides reproducible sharp chromatograms.
Intuitive operation
Method can be set from the touch panel screen on controller. JHP-10, however, does not have complicated programs. Operational setup can be done quickly and easily.
Easily removable modul
Sample tube holder is an assembly of sample tube and needle. All the flow channel is easily removable at once from the pyrolyzer. Remained Tar-like residues in sample tubes are one of the serious bottlenecks of pyrolysis, however, JHP-10 minimizes unwanted ghost peaks and cross contamination thanks to the easily cleanable and replaceable sample tube.
Easy to access GC inj. port
The pyrolyzer can be slid away easily to allow for micro syringe injection and GC maintenance. (Some GCs are not compatible. Ask for details.)
