Outline
FP series is an outgas collector from flat panel samples such as LDC or PDP. FP-9000III is designed to collect surface outgas in the quartz oven with elevated temperature.
Feature
The oven plate has a space to place a flat panel sample and fix it firmly that makes accurate samplings possible.
Able to collect outgas from flat panel surface on the oven plate at maximum temp. at 400°C.
Able to collect outgas only from surface side, whilst outgas from backside is discharged completely by vacuum pump.
Oven temperature can go up to 400°C (when backing)
Chiller unit is the standard accessory for time saving of cool-down.
Able to install in a clean room
Safety System : Safety rock, Emergency stop, Leak detector, Overheat sensor stopper
Multi-step temperature, split sampling, sample tube cooler when sampling are available as option.
Touch panel is improved for user friendly operation.
