Outline
HD series is an outgas collector to collect VOC from Hard Disk Drive samples. HD-3504 is designed for 3.5 inch HDD and HD-2506 is designed for 2.5 inch HDD. Both models have large enough chambers to place other electronic parts and devises too.
Features
Each chambers have one-touch-open doors for easy sample setting. HD-3504 consists of 4 sample chambers which enable to collect 4 outgas samples at a time. HD-2506 consists of 6 sample chambers which enable to collect 6 outgas samples at a time.
Oven temperature can be set from ambient to 220°C
Able to collect for long time by timer setup 99hour 59mins.
Independently controllable purge gas lines enable multiple reliable samplings.
Able to collect outgas not only from HDD, but also other electric parts such as circuit boards and flat panels.
Chiller cooling unit is available to enhance efficiency (option)
Other brand sample tubes for thermal desorption are also adaptable as an option.
